Online Legal India Review.
On 27th August 2020, I decided to buy FSSAI basic registration service from Online Legal India and I fill their form.
On 28th August 2020, I got call from their sales executive and I explain my all needs to sales executive.
And ask her to explain the document required to apply for a basic food license.
The sales executive of Online Legal India only ask some basic documents like:-
- Adhar card
- Pan Card
- 1 Passport Size photo
Online Legal India sales executive ask me to make payment then their expert will call me.
On the same day I make the payment, the payment receipt you can see below.
I make payment on 28th August 2020, 12:27 PM, I wait for whole day but nobody contact me.
On 29th August 2020, I drop a mail to Online Legal India, ask them to provide the contact number of their expert.
But I did not receive any response from their side.
Finally on 30th August 2020 Sunday I got a call from their expert and he asks details.
I explain the same thing what I explain to their sales person.
After knowing my business details he asks me to pay an additional Rs.1500 and Rs.2000 Gov. fee. and some additional documents like:-
- FBO
- FSMS
- FORM 9
- BLUEPRINT
- WATER TESTING REPORT
- DETAILS OF PROPRIETOR
- SELF DECELERATION

After conversation with theri expert, I asked them to refund the my payment.
Because at the time when I discussed with their sales executive.
She did not inform me about additional chares and I need to provide these many documents.
When I ask him for a refund they told me it’s not covered under their refund policy.
I try to contact their support team may times for refund, nobody was ready help me to get refund.
One of their customer support executive disconnect my phone call before completing my words.
After sending to many mails and reminders they ready to refund my payment.
But as you can see in the above statement I make the total payment of Rs.2123/-, But I receive a refund of Rs.1698.40 only.
It means I lost a total of Rs.424.60, only because their sales executive does not have enough knowledge.

Now I rate the service I got from Online Legal India on the basis of conversation I had done with them.
I give 1 Star for Sales team Support, 3 Star for Staffs Expertise, 1 Star for Customer Support, and 3 Star for Refund Policy.

Onlinelegalindia.com repeatedly called and requested money on the pretext of Trade Mark Hearing case. But TM Hearing was never ever requested by the Goverment. Instead Onlinelegalindia.com fraudulently notified me about TM Hearing case which never existed at first place and repeatedly insisted on purchasing their services. But post payment they just went silent without providing proof of notice and final hearing date. Finally when requested refund then no reply was ever received.
