5-20 Prawns 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil 10-12 Curry leaves ½ teaspoon Mustard seeds ¼ teaspoon Fenugreek seeds

5-6 cloves of Garlic Crushed 2 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder Salt to taste

To make Kerala style Prawn Roast First you need to put oil in the pan and heat oil in the pan.

Now you need to add curry leaves, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and garlic and fry for a minute.

Then add the masala paste and fry for a minute.

Prepare Masala paste

1 inch Ginger 2 green chilli 10-12 Curry leaves ½ cup Onion Sliced


Step 4

Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt and little water and fry for a minute.

Now add prawns and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. You need to cook it for at least 3 minutes.

Now It's Ready To Serve

This Chemmeen Roast or Kerala Style Prawn Roast You can enjoy it with some rice and it almost takes no time to cook.
