Hibachi Fried Rice

This is delicious restaurant-style Hibachi Fried Rice or Japanese Fried Rice for a quick Asian-inspired meal. 

Ingredients

4 tablespoon butter ½ cup Onion cut into 1-inch cubes 2 teaspoon Garlic chopped ¼ cup Peas ¼ cup Carrots cubed

2 Eggs 4 cups Cooked Rice Salt to taste ½ teaspoon White Pepper 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon Roasted Sesame Oil

Heat a wok until it is very hot and add butter to a wok then add onion and garlic and fry for a minute.

Now it's time to add peas and carrots and saute for a minute. Then push the veggies to the side.

Now you need to add whisked eggs to the wok and scramble them. Mix the scrambled eggs with the veggies.

Now add cooked rice, salt, white pepper powder, soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil and toss well.

Now It's Ready To Serve

Serve it with Hibachi chicken and Yum Yum sauce and get transported to a Japanese Steakhouse.
